Breathe Grace was created from a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through gentle mind-body approaches that support emotional wellness, relaxation, nervous system balance, and personal growth.
With over 25 years of experience in holistic wellness, Katrina combines hypnotherapy, HeartMath®, breathwork, Reiki, sound healing, and compassionate support to create a calming space where individuals can slow down, feel supported, and move toward meaningful change.

Katrina is kind, compassionate and most importantly a skilled massage therapist as well as hypnotherapist and breath work practitioner. She will go out of her way to help me and others by researching and finding solutions for my health issues. She has helped me through some rough times both physically and emotionally.
