We take approximately 20,000 breaths daily, with much of our mental activity occurring subconsciously. This style of Breathwork involves breathing into our sympathetic nervous system, allowing us to access the subconscious and potentially release blockages.

Requirements for Breathwork Session

  • Online: the employees only need a device to access Zoom, and a calm place to land themselves in

  • In-person: A room large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. (If you don't have such a space, we can help you find a suitable location and we provide all props needed)

  • Most importantly, an hour of time, an open mind, and the willingness to show up and breathe. This experience can be a powerful and profound one, with or without prior experience, and the class is designed with that in mind.
